Paola Eagles, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Paola Eagles, DDS graduated from Santa Maria University where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She completed a Preceptorship and General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. During her residency, she worked with medically compromised patients, urgent care, comprehensive dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, and root canal therapy, all while achieving multiple prestigious awards for dental excellence.
Dr. Eagles has received advanced education and training in areas encompassing Esthetic Restorations, Fixed Prosthedontics, Removable Prosthedontics, Sleep Guard Appliances, Implant Supported Restorations, Full-mouth Reconstruction, Root Canals, and Dental Surgery/Extractions. Her focus has continually been on the overall health and well-being of her patients and she enjoys helping to make a difference in their lives.
Outside the dental practice, Dr. Eagles enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Matthew Stafford, and their beautiful family. She loves dancing salsa with her husband, and traveling locally and abroad.
Krystal
Office Manager
Krystal is a new resident to Virginia and has been managing dental offices since 2018. She is very detail-oriented with a passion for creating an efficient and productive office environment. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, she excels at managing administrative operations, coordinating schedules and supporting team success.
Outside of work, Krystal enjoys cooking, crafting and spending quality time with family and friends, bringing creativity and a personal touch to all that she does.
Lizzie
Patient Coordinator
Lizzie is a Chesterfield resident and began her dental career as a Patient Coordinator in 2021. Lizzie takes care of scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and presenting treatment plans for all our patients. Her main goal is to make each appointment as simple as possible for everyone!
In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog Marley.
Emily
Dental Insurance Coordinator
Emily works as an Insurance Coordinator at River’s Bend Dentistry, where she focuses on verifying insurance details to ensure smooth operations for our patients.
When she is not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys the occasional self-care day where she goes shopping and gets her nails done.
Karen
Registered Dental Hygienist
Karen graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2003 from VCU School of Dentistry.
Karen loves spending time with family and friends and being a homebody doing DIY projects around the house inside and out. Her passion is her two papillons. They keep her busy!
Michelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of New England in Portland, Maine. She has a strong commitment to promoting oral health and patient education by creating a positive and comfortable experience for everyone.
On her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and working on cars.
Lindsey
Dental Assistant
Lindsey has been a dental assistant here at River's Bend Dentistry since 2006! Patients adore her cheerful and positive personality; she brings a sense of comfort to every patient she sees. She has an abundance of dental knowledge that is outstanding and she ensures she is always learning the latest dental technologies that are out there.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, especially her grandson. Her cat Winston is a big part of her life as well, and life just wouldn't be the same without his snuggles.
Maritza
Dental Assistant
Maritza is a Chesterfield resident and has been dental assisting for more than 10 years. She is very enthusiastic, friendly and always has a smile on her face. Her charismatic personality, drive to make each patient experience a breeze and willingness to learn will continue to be the root of her success.
In her free time, Maritza enjoys spending time with her daughter and going to the beach.
